This is a single-center retrospective review of 66 patients who underwent percutaneous vertebral bone or disc biopsy. The authors’ purpose was to evaluate which technique was more likely to yield a positive tissue culture in patients with concern for vertebral discitis-osteomyelitis (VDO).
